This is already the level of Manager, After reaching the level of purchase at
£ 1820.00 calculated in retail prices at anytime such a Manager receives formal nomination which entitles him/her to get profits from the turnover of the structure already built.

Finally, it can also happen that a participant of this venture who does not like selling will focus from the very beginning on recommending collagen and recruiting people to network - as long as such person gets nomination for the Manager.

Nevertheless, this is the stage when the good fun in our circle of acquaintances finishes and when a real business starts.

 

The turnover of  £ 1820.00 at any time gives the Distributor nomination forthe Manager. The Manager is appointed by COLWAY after his/her name has been put forward for nomination by the Manager who is above this Distributor in the structure. Now this person should register  his/her own business.

In exchange, He/she acquires the right to purchase the products directly from COLWAY and also the right to receive a commission from the turnover of his/her structure paid by COLWAY every month. From that time on the relations between the Manager and COLWAY are regulated by the Manager Contract.

The Nominated Manager is entitled to the commission from the whole turnover of the structure created by him/her up to the seventh generation of the network participants who achieved the status of Manager.

These commissions are paid from the turnover of the structure achieved in the period of one calendar month. The condition for receiving commission is a minimal activity of the Manager in the form of having achieved the monthly qualification, which means having purchased the products for minimum £ 455.00 calculated at retail prices ofcourse with the discount of 42%. The commissions are paid from the turnover of all Managers up to mid including the seventh generation no matter whether they did the monthly qualification or not.

The concept of monthly qualification in this system does not mean that the Manager has to sell the products for £ 455.00 monthly himsel/herself. In practice such turnover may be done for him/her by the Distributors from this Manager's group.

If a manager has:

1 or 2 Managers in the first generation - gets right for commision from the first and second line.

3 or 4 Managers in the first generation - gets right for commision from the first,second third,fourth and fifth line.

5 Managers in the first generation - gets the right for commision frm the first, second,third,fourth,fifth,sixth and seventh line.

What is the conclusion ?

We cautiously assume that the turnover of the structure of only one recruited but active Manager looks as follows:

 

A total monthly turnover of such a structure for just one Manager, e.g £ 4983.00. gives a Manager who introduced to him, a commission of £ 349.00 from just one, first line.

A graphical representation of bigger structures wouldn't be possible in such a document. We can akcept, though, that in a normally developing ternary net (three Managers in the first line), the commission from the first three lines will be a few thousands pounds, and from five lines - even more.

Similarly, structure of fives (five Managers in the first line), guarantees up to the fourth line the commission of thousands monthly, and in the sixth one -much more.

It is only the Manager, who can personally purchase the products in COLWAY, and he resells them within his network, taking into consideration the current discounts.

COLWAY marketing system allows for one more precedent. Every Manager, just after Nomination, has - o n I y o n c e  in their career - the right to nominate their first Manager, even a family member, without them purchasing products of a required value of £ 1820.00

A nominated Manager, in this unusual course, has the same rights as every other Manager and opens for a Nomineer a path of 7% commission from their turnover, being at the same time the first line of their structure

The marketing system will "see" a nominated Manager in such an incidental course, the moment they purchase products of £ 455.00
